Floplast - Solvent Weld Overflow Waste Reducer

Solvent weld overflow is commonly used for discharging the condensate from condensing boilers.

Every joint is made using solvent cement which holds and seals the pipe in place permanently.

Installation Tips

• Cut the pipe with a pipe cutter not, a hacksaw
• Ensure the ends of the pipe are cut square
• De-burr the pipe
• Clean the tube and fitting
• Dry fit the pipe and fitting first
• Apply solvent cement to the pipe and fitting
• Fully insert the pipe into the fitting
• Remove the surplus cement with a cloth
• Allow 5 minutes to set before handling
• Allow 12 hours before testing or using the waste
